These elbow pads are relatively durable for goalkeepers who play on grass and relatively nice natural outdoor soccer fields (you'll probably need a thicker elbow pad if you're scoring goals on the gym floor, for example). I recommend hand washing and air drying as the padding will come off with washing. The company we bought them from was very concerned about the reviews and even sent us another pair when the first pair's padding came loose in the wash. . Thank you to the company for taking care of the customer! The second season and we're still using those elbow pads.
