Review on GPX PC108B Personal Player Black by Nick Mcvey

Not bad but I had some issues.

I bought this CD player from Walmart of all places two years ago and it lasted until yesterday when I couldn't control the volume anymore. This little guy has great sound but I used great Sony MDR-V-150 headphones so I don't know why it sounds so great but I suspect it is. I loved this CD player and have never had any problems with it, except that it jumps when you put it down or when you hold it in your hands, but if you just want to leave it on a hard surface, for example the table (which I did) and then you use good headphones, it's great! I was listening to it yesterday when I accidentally turned the volume up instead of turning it down and now it's stuck at 30, the maximum level. Now it's too loud so I buy something new and this time I buy a Sony CD player/boombox. The only thing I never liked about this player is that the volume buttons are on the side and they are very small. I've always had trouble adjusting the volume so I had to start using a knob to do it. I'm a woman with rather small hands, and even my fingers were too big. Either way, if you're on a budget and don't mind things like a master key and tiny volume buttons, then that's fine. If you want a CD player that doesn't skip music and has big buttons, definitely don't buy this one!
