I ordered winter jackets for women green hooded coats casual fashion warm cropped outerwear size L because I liked the look. For the record, I have a 36C chest and I usually order something like this. The size chart should refer to the outside measurements of the coat, not the inside as it is very thick and plump and fits a very small size. I can wear it over a t-shirt and zip it up, but I feel very restricted in my shoulders. I absolutely cannot wear a sweater or sweatshirt or anything underneath. I would recommend going at least 2 sizes up so you have room to layer. Other than that, the coat is cute and I love that the hood provides warmth around the neck, but overall it's pretty crappy. The metal embellishments at the ends of the hood's drawstrings fell off as the day progressed. The pockets don't have zippers so you can't put things like keys in them when walking the dog. There are no inside pockets either. It's just missing features. Also, I'm only 5ft 5in and it barely covers my lower back. For those who are taller this will be a crop top. As much as I love this view, I wouldn't recommend it to others.
