This hat is amazing! Perfect fit for my 2 year old! He has a bigger head than a normal head and it fits him perfectly! It is a very elastic soft material. It's not itchy at all and has an adjustable tie on the hat for when it's a windy beach day. The hat covers the entire neck very well, as well as his ears. I would highly recommend them to all parents and anyone with a larger head like my sons because they fit perfectly!
