I ordered a size 13 and they sent me a 13 wide! I did not ask for a wide one and in general I am not satisfied with the lack of original packaging. BUT they seem to be narrow overall so my daughter who has skinny and not at all fat legs appreciated the extra width so we're keeping them. This model has excellent cushioning and can withstand strong kicks from an active child. Easy to put on and easy to take off. My daughter says these are the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever bought her. I deducted a star for an incorrect order.
