Working but poor quality
The light works and is very bright but very cheaply made. The lens fell out of both lenses and had to use several spoonfuls of clear superglue to keep it in place. The threaded bolt is also plastic so don't over tighten or they will break. The wires were also swapped. (black - hot, red - earth). Worth $10 I think.
