I like it a lot! the best cursor control tool I've used to treat lateral epicondylitis. Reading the negative reviews here, I think some people are missing something when using it. 1) He doesn't move well. No, there is a button at the bottom that you can press multiple times to get different blue LED blink patterns that determine sensitivity. At the highest sensitivity (very fast blinking) the cursor moves in a 6 inch penguin motion across my 3 monitors. 2) My shoulder hurts. Not if you use a chair with armrests. I don't feel like I'm practically not using my shoulder. I used a demo penguin that was available at work to help employees with ergonomic issues. I liked it and bought one. It's even better than the demo. The left and right mouse buttons are more sensitive and require less effort than the old demo mouse. I just hope it lasts a long time!
