A wonderful mouse! I've been using the Evoluent mouse for years, but even that hasn't saved me from wrist problems and severe pain after too many hours of meticulous computer work. The Evoluent was basically a regular mouse turned on its side so your hand is in a neutral "handshake" position. You use exactly the same as a regular mouse; all movements and clicks are the same. However, THIS mouse is different in the following ways: You are still in the neutral "handshake" position BUT - due toโ€ฆ

I like it very much

I like it a lot! the best cursor control tool I've used to treat lateral epicondylitis. Reading the negative reviews here, I think some people are missing something when using it. 1) He doesn't move well. No, there is a button at the bottom that you can press multiple times to get different blue LED blink patterns that determine sensitivity. At the highest sensitivity (very fast blinking) the cursor moves in a 6 inch penguin motion across my 3 monitors. 2) My shoulder hurts. Not if you use aโ€ฆ

Will not work in computer accessories and peripherals

Instructions just say plug and play. I did this and activated the mouse to no avail. The computer recognizes the key, but nothing happens. Also, I've tried all the suggestions in the troubleshooting section on the manufacturer's website to no avail. The manufacturer does not offer drivers for manual installation on its website. I also spent a lot of time getting this mouse to work. It shouldn't be that hard and at least work (though not very well) to get more than one star. I'll be returningโ€ฆ

Great mouse for many reasons. A bit bulky.

If you are left handed or prone to RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury is a form of RSI) this mouse is by far the best I have found. It's very strong, a little bulky (which isn't a problem), and allows you to hold it securely without squeezing too hard. Switching from left to right hand and back is easy, quick, and affordable (sometimes you can accidentally flip a switch, but it's far from fatal). The durability allows me to take it to and from work without damage (I damaged my Evoluent LH byโ€ฆ

  • Well built

  • The list is getting long.

Bigger isn't always better

I have a wide hand but my fingers aren't very long so the medium version works better for me than the large version which I recently brought back due to sizing issues. Bigger for people with longer fingers. For me, the buttons in the middle are more practical. Sometimes I have to press the buttons more than once for them to work. I find that the arm along the base of the mouse needs a bit more support as it tilts (down) along the edge of the base. Instead, there should be enough upward tilt toโ€ฆ

great product

Pros: This may be the only symmetrical ergonomic mouse, a big plus. The LED display shows the charging status and the variable dpi setting. Cons: size. My arms are 18cm long, but the medium was uncomfortably small. Take their estimates and subtract 0.5 cm to determine a comfortable size. lack of buttons. Most mice have extra side buttons and I really miss them when flipping through documents or surfing the web. Key Sensitivity: Too much pressure and travel. It takes a little getting used toโ€ฆ
