Failed, Untested

Part is defective and should not be properly inspected. Insert new bearings, clearance on the left. I would like to request a new set to try again as I have already paid for it and they are reasonably priced but DRIV does not have a support number on their website. I cannot return parts until I buy new ones for my truck. Hopefully someone will see my review and help get the feature set.
