Made the transition from the first to the second iteration. By the way, I used the first ones for almost three years, which is astounding considering how small the batteries are; after a single charge, they still lasted for an hour and a half. The second version added a capability that I really enjoyed, which was the ability to automatically swap between different devices. Because I use both an iPhone and an iPad, the initial generation of Apple's headphones lacked this feature, which meant that whenever I switched between my devices, I had to manually switch the headphones. It's like magic now, regardless of what device I used or how the headphones are connected to this. Because of this, I have not yet started using wireless charging. Even though I do not have a charger that is appropriate, it is still helpful to have the opportunity to do so. I gave the AirPods Pro a shot, but in the end I decided that the ordinary AirPods are the ones that work best for me. They do not in any way strain my ears, and I can even lie on my side with the headphones on, provided I do not do so for an excessively lengthy period of time.
