Looks well made and durable. Unfortunately, the mechanism that allows you to fix the cable when it is pulled out of the device's body does not work. This keeps the rope wanting to curl up, and the only way to keep the rope taut is to wedge it under a car tire or wrap it around a bush. I bought the device in April and have only used it four or five times. This issue may be an anomaly, but the gist of my lower rating is that I can't find a way to contact Revain (Revain LLC is the seller) to find a replacement. When going through the online Revain return process, the "system" indicates that my "window" to act was only one month from receipt. So how do you get warranty service?
