How could such a bad product be made?

Comfortable body, 30x optical zoom. Capacious battery. Shoots continuous videos. Compact for such a zoom size. Possibility of some manual adjustments.

Cons

small matrix. My copy terribly soaped almost all the pictures, with a slight increase in the photo - a solid watercolor was visible, as well as white dots. There is also a zoom sound when zooming, but it is quite quiet.
