I love this product. It's super sticky and holds my ID and multiple credit cards. I can also put a few folded bills (currency) in there! It comes with three. I can't find the other two that came with my first order of this product so recently ordered again as I need to replace that on my phone. There is nothing wrong with the product, my phone case just needs cleaning and the screen protector replaced and I noticed a lot of dirt/lint under the case. I use a Pelican Voyager case and the grip is great. I'm also pretty strict with my phone case, which I use instead of my purse most of the time.
