Review on ๐Ÿ’Ž Diamond Coated Ceramic Marble by JINGLING by Martin Alvarez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good product! in Hole Saws

Only required to drill a hole in the ceramic tile so I was looking for something that would be within budget. Uses 3 ยฝ inch and 2 ยพ inch. The 3 ยฝ inch cut took twice as long but cut smoothly. When drilling, I constantly used a spray bottle of water for cooling/lubrication. I've only made one cut, but it looks like there's still a lot of diamond grit on the drill bit. So if you're making multiple cuts, the drill should hold you well. CAUTION: I used a heavy duty variable speed drill bit. Shortly before the end of the cut, due to a slight tilt of the drill, the drill caught one hand on the edge, and the tile broke off. (My fault for not one bit!) Just stop often and check if you're almost done, then release the pressure on the last millimeters. ALSO; I used the same nozzle (using a spray bottle/cooling water) to cut a jig out of 1/8" thick plywood to guide the tile properly. The recommended "slope method" that comes with the drill will NEVER work on tile with a 3 ยฝ" drill bit!
