I have not used this stand as it weighs a ton. I'm old and can barely lift this new stand with one hand. I use my existing stand all day, carry my iPad around the stand. I'm not standing at all. I ordered another variety as the previous one was a little wobbly. But due to the weight difference I won't be able to use this new one at all. It never occurred to me to check the weight of the product when I ordered it. Worse, I can't return it because I'm in Mexico and shipping costs more than I paid for a new stand. I am very disappointed as I have waited so long for this new stand to be declared duty paid and trucked to me from the border but it's nobody's fault. As for the weight, I guess, live and learn.
