I HATE this thing! I think it does a good job of compressing the block and keeping it fresh, but it's almost impossible to snap into place. Bars. Still, it takes at least 10 minutes for everything to snap into place, and more than one round of everything flipping over and squirting tofu and liquid all over the kitchen. Yes, I still use it despite the real danger and chaos, but that's only because the return window is closed. ONLY BUY if you have very good upper body strength! Or maybe there are a few people willing to work with you. It's best to do this in a clean sink to minimize clutter.
