When we opened the box the pry bar and hammer looked worn as if both had already been used. We didn't have time to send it back for another one as it arrived the day before the floors were replaced. We used this to install hardwood floors in a medium sized bedroom and for the last 2 rows the curved end of the rod was almost completely straight after using it on the flooring we installed and had to buy another one. to finish the work. When laying the floors, the layer block broke - when laying the floors, pieces of it broke off. We were hoping we could use it for other rooms we will have the flooring in but it doesn't last long. Will have to buy another one for our next project
