Please do not take the following as my personal opinion. It's a matter of principle and I really don't want that to happen to anyone else. When I received an order for a battery from BLUE HAZE, I was furious. The photo posted is in the original Duracell 9V packaging and does not show that the batteries are actually old sealed batteries. The packaging also states that the batteries have a "5-year guarantee". See for yourself. Simple math, how can batteries last 5 years when the expiry date of the batteries I received is March 2015? The 9v batteries I bought from Lowe's expire in March 2018. When I sent my first email to BLUE HAZE, it was their pathetic response. "We are very specific in describing to our customers that our batteries are in "Non-Retail Packaging” and provide an expiration date. If you want to return these items, you can of course open a return case. Please note that we do not include return shipping, but will refund your money once the items are received." So did this ambiguity mean I had to pay double the shipping cost, which is more than the actual cost of the batteries? That is not a pipe dream! After sending them a second email about their reply, I asked for the following. "I would be grateful if someone could send me a link where (I couldn't find anything) I could have the information on your disclaimer "I decided BLUE HAZE completely in the doubt. Your answer wasn't my answer. Three hits for BLUE HAZE. (1) It wasn't what I expected. (2) Your disclaimer I asked for I never got where to find him (3) They blew me away Three strikes... so they're out of my life.
