Review on Messermeister Moritz Elite Utility 6 Inch by Amy Lindsey

I needed to replace my previous San Moritz Elite 6 inch utility knife that I bought 10 years ago. First he fell on the handle of the stone floor. The handle broke, making the knife impossible. I have a set of these knives and I "can't" cook without them. So it had to be replaced. Thank goodness it's still made with the same characteristics as my original knife. With small hands, the design, weight and balance of my 6 inch utility knife and its companions make cooking a pleasure. I would recommend this knife to any chef who is serious about the tools they use to do their job. Jan
