Great cable for the price!

On the advice of Paul McGowan, owner of PSAudio in Boulder, Colorado, I decided to replace the standard power cord that came with my computer with a higher quality, audiophile grade cord. Having listened to Tidal Streaming and Audirvana software almost all the time on my Windows 10 PC, I know it's important to have the highest quality components on my system. I had already replaced my PC's power supply with a much better one a few years ago, so I knew it was finally time to upgrade the power cord for it as well. This special OFC (oxygen free copper) power cable from Monosaudio is very well made. It's VERY thick and VERY heavy, just what you'd expect from a premium power cable. Keep in mind that you can't fit such a large cable in a small cramped space. It takes up some space, so you need to have enough space directly behind the component/system you are connecting it to. Also, this is a very stiff cable, so don't expect it to make really big or sharp bends or twists. As I currently hear all about very good Sennheiser and Monolith headphones, I noticed an immediate increase in sound presence and clarity as soon as this cable powered my system. Everything sounds a little better that way. Needless to say, this is a really inexpensive way to get a small but noticeable improvement in sound quality in whatever type of system you use, be it PCs or traditional home audio components. (Tip: That's why you should ALWAYS play it safe and buy devices with standard, easily detachable and replaceable power cords, rather than built-in/fixed cords that usually come with inferior components. This allows you to easily upgrade to a power cord with premium cords. variety of your choice and don't hold on to the absolute junk that most comes with from the factory. If you have the money and are willing to spend a little more then even more expensive OCC cables are a step up from cables (oxygen free copper, but so are those significantly more expensive.) In short: this is a wonderful cable and definitely worth the money if you enjoy listening to really high quality audio and want to get the best sound out of your system!
