I think recycled means more than taking it to a scrap yard and painting it black. There were deposits under the paint. I was able to get it from Revain faster than the auto parts store, the only reason I didn't send it back was because I needed the wipers now. I installed it and you can tell the motor is weak. The wipers struggled to go all the way on first start and the motor doesn't always reset. If you cut them off, they may fall off completely or get stuck in the middle of the windshield. It worked, but I doubt it will last at all. If you can, I definitely think it's worth the wait to order it from your local auto parts store.
