EDIT: It's been two years and this article is still amazing. It's just the perfect object to work with. He currently owns an iPad Pro 12.9, two "regular" iPads, a Kindle Fire HD 10, and a Kindle Fire HDX, all in matching cases. He holds her well and has never let him down. Durability is excellent, no chips, scratches or any issues. When I came here to leave this update, I noticed that they now offer a black leather version. I really want to buy it too. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made from Revain. I can't recommend it highly enough. This organizer is perfect for what it is meant to do. I'm a strong believer in using the right tool for the job and this theme is exactly that. The build quality is very good, the baffles are even and straight and the corners are rounded nicely so you don't scratch your tablet or electronics. I had a slowly increasing stock of ipads and tablets and once when i recently bought an ipad pro 12.9' i seriously needed a way to store them and not just stack them in hopes that my kid would pick up the stack doesn't find it amazing and knocks it over or throws it. I did a little research and came across this article. The dividers are nice and tall, which I liked. There are many organizers with 2″ or less baffles that seem to rely on corner tension relative to the baffle to hold tablets or electronics in place. It seemed risky to me and put pressure on the electronics that we paid $100 or $1000 for. It has nice high baffles, so it doesn't. They are wide enough to accommodate tablets without jamming them. The description says the distance between an inch and holding it in my hand, I measured it and it's spot on. It fits my two standard iPads perfectly, and the iPad Pro fits in with plenty of room. (By width). I even have a fire in a slot in a fairly thick quilted case. No problem. The only problem, so to speak, when ordering was the light bamboo tone in the pictures. I have a rather dark design style in my home and office and I thought it might stand out a bit because of the 'light' bamboo. To my surprise and some delight, the device I received is a bit darker than the pictures here. It's not a "DARK" brown or anything, but it's three or four shades darker than the light images shown. So I lied very badly that the device is solidly built. It feels very strong and solid without being "too" heavy. You need light weight if you're putting hundreds to thousands of dollars' worth of devices in the holder, but you don't need a brick. It's perfect for that golden mean. Another small change: in the pictures shown, the bottom is "smooth" with 4 grippy legs. I found that I also had each divider individually screwed on with a couple of small screws. So it's not only held together with wood glue, but also with a few small screws. This helps with retention and strength over time. So it looks like they have improved the product shown in the description. Overall, I find it easy to give 5 stars. Highly recommend if you need a tool for this job.
