Review on 🐢 Rectangular Terrapin Dock - Floating Turtle Pier with Reptile Ramp Platform - 18.5cm by Barbara Bailey

I really liked this item for my turtle, her name is Myrtle. It was dispatched quickly and arrived in excellent condition. It was extremely easy to assemble. The only 3 things I didn't like was that the suction cups sometimes come loose. So you have to keep pushing it down to make it stick again. This scares my turtle a bit, I think because it jumps off right away. Second, I'd like it to be a little taller, but it doesn't stay in place. So now I have to figure out what to put underneath so it's a little higher and stays in place. I'll probably do what I saw another buyer with the same problem and zip tie it down at the bottom. Finally, mine arrived a little dirty on top. It had a few red spots that looked like sticky lollipop stains for a second so I was a bit upset because it was supposed to be a new product. Apart from these three things I am satisfied with the purchase and the product. But those are my reasons for three stars. UPDATE: I changed my 3 stars to 2 because I am very disappointed. I gave it a few more days and even tried to fix it and nothing. When my turtle tries to climb the steps, the rear suction cups come loose and the whole thing slides forward. It only scares her more, to the point where she can't even come close. Very disappointed, now I consider it a waste of money
