You cannot upload sketches here. First you need to download the ISP bootloader, which is difficult for a beginner. The seller must state this in the description or take the time to fix the problem. I've spent a lot of time fixing the boot issue, which is very annoying when you're new to something like Arduino. I throw them away because it's not worth the time to return them or do the surgery necessary to make them work. I bought one from Arduino and it works great.
