And a miracle happened, for me, the owner of the panasonic 12-35, it was more than amazing to see how well the stabilizer works in video mode, even at the maximum zoom of 60 mm, the stabilization is high-quality, at a wide angle it is amazing, on short scenes you might think that it was shot from tripod! The stabilizer on the panasonic gx8 body proved to be even better, this is a fantasy that has become a reality - smooth passages just by holding the camera in your hands, without any additional. devices! Video quality at wide angles 12-20 is in no way inferior to my 12-35. Starting from 28 mm, the maximum aperture is already 4.5 and it is already a little dark for video indoors, this is a predictable fly in the ointment that they would buy a more expensive 12-60. For photography, this is a quite high-quality lens, many will be happy with it as a first lens, or the only one with a lack of funds. Summing up, I can say for sure that the lens has something to surprise in the video, and the photo abilities are also very decent. It’s a pity that the price is currently 35 but this is the only affordable lens where full-fledged five-axis stabilization works
