It's easy of use with an intuitive interface that allows you easily customize your campaigns without having technical knowledge or skills in programming languages such as PHP/MySQL etc..

The reporting system can be improved but it works very well! I like how they are constantly developing new features so there isn't anything we dislike about this product at all!! We have been able solve our needs which were mainly tracking leads through multiple sources (social networks) using one dashboard instead than creating different dashboards per source & keeping track manually from each social network itself - now everything has its own place where everyone knows what he should do next when needed- much more organized!
