The components of the puzzle were not cut correctly, and there were even some pieces that were missing. I attempted to get assistance from their customer service staff, but the response I received was both sluggish and unhelpful. In conclusion, I was dissatisfied with TOHIBEE's overall dedication to ensuring the satisfaction of its customers. My experience indicates that this is not the case, despite the fact that they assert they provide each customer with the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. As a result of my experience, I do not feel comfortable recommending TOHIBEE to others. If you're seeking for toys and games of a high quality, I recommend searching for them somewhere else.
