They're cheap and they work, but you have to prep them first and check for FOD inside. Also remember that these grips are hollow and not solid rubber. The large rubber nubs that hold you in place while in use are hollow and not securely held in place by any type of rubber adhesive. That might be fine, but since it's hollow there's VERY little rubber on the left grip to hold it to the handlebars. Consider using extra glue when installing. My left hand crank can be turned a little with little effort. It hasn't moved since I've been using it, but I'm also careful not to fiddle with it too much. Mine had a stripped screw on the end cap that is sure to fall out one day. At the moment it seems to be holding a screw lock. They also had a bunch of extra glue inside that made installation impossible. I used a lock pick to remove everything, luckily it comes out fairly easily, but it took me about 15 minutes to play around with. The throttle grip is NOT suitable for single cable throttle systems. I had to use a rotary tool (Dremel) to remove some of the plastic before I could properly install the throttle cable without loosening it too much.
