True quality with no brand markups

This balance bike is as light as described. My 4 year old (48 months) manages it easily the first time he sits on it. He will certainly continue to improve, but for him it's light enough that it's possible, unlike many heavy bikes. The height of the saddle corresponds to the description. The wheels are 12 inches, the saddle is about the same at the bottom, and my sons are about 16 inches front. This is the length of his stride, from the crotch to the sole of his foot. It still has room to raise the seat as it grows making this balance bike the perfect size for this as it will last over a year. The saddle rises up to 20 inches. He should get two years out of this wheel. It's made with quality parts and I love the simple, streamlined red and white color of the frame. This is not childish or cheap junk. But that's not $150-350 for investments for 1-2 years. But it's just as good as those brands. It had air-filled solid rubber tires with a good profile. Everything was brand new with no scratches or damage, shiny chrome screws. I really feel like I made a good choice here. If you were lucky enough to stumble across this balance bike, I know it didn't turn up on any of my first searches. I had to go into quite some detail on my son's inseam, saddle height, and what I was looking for in a bike to find this one. I'm glad my week of minimal searching paid off. At first I started with heavy wheels but after all my research and thinking I found this good wheel which I can say is well thought out I went with this one. My little guy is 40 pounds 40.5 inches tall and I need him to get some balance skills under him because he keeps growing. I don't want him on training wheels or at least too long because I'm only 5ft. 110 pounds I can't hold him while he studies all day. I don't want him to give up if I can't hold his bike properly. I want him to know that he can put his feet up or use the balance he learned on that bike. I'm too young to teach him alone if he doesn't know how to ride a bike. I just have a feeling this bike will end up taking away a lot of what can be frustrating about riding a bike when a tiny little mom holding more than half her weight is trying to teach him and he's feeling insecure and doesn't like to ride a bike. I read that these bikes have many advantages. I also see these benefits working for me. This is a nice sweet little bike. And the one who designed it put all their efforts into its creation without charging exorbitant prices. I hope people see this bike when they look because I know it wasn't easy. This is one hot little bike. I'm glad I bought it for my little friend. I hope I could help with photos and thoughts. Much luck!
