I bought a blue nylon strap to replace the silver strap on an Armitron Ridgemont A/D hybrid watch. I didn't expect the watch to match the midnight blue color of the dial exactly, but this strap is just the right color. Like the dial, it looks almost black in one light and dark blue in another. I am very pleased with the tight weave of this strap which gives it a satin finish - it is not ribbed like other NATO straps - making it more suitable for professional and dressy occasions. Also, it feels quite soft which makes it very comfortable on the wrist. There is a movable bracket on the strap, so the folded extra length of the strap looks neater and more reliable. Definitely worth the extra $10. I noticed another author's concern that the stitching would unravel. I'll keep an eye on it but don't expect a big problem since I don't take my watch off all the time. Likewise, I can get a replacement if the after-sales service is as the poster says.
