Product arrived in a box that looked like it had already been opened. It look like someone tried to piece it back together again. I did end up counting the incense cones and ended up getting three more then it stated it came with. I decided to burn one to see if it worked. I follow the instructions and waited for the smoke to go down. It really only went down halfway and then dispersed outward. The information says that it needs to be nowhere near wind. So I shut every single window in my house and the doors and made sure all the ceiling fans were off and it still did not go all the way down to the bottom. In addition to that the incense was insanely strong. It even stronger because there was absolutely no air flow. I like incense on the daily basis and it was the first time I ever got a headache. I counted the incense sticks and they all arrived except several of the sticks were broken so they were extremely short but if you piece them together you could see that they were once one piece. I will be returning this.
