Absolutely love it. I use it every day to burn incense in my home. It's my favorite color of blue and fits right in with my decor.

Received today and tried it… The hike is not centered therefore the cone keeps falling over. Smoke does not go cascade down like it’s suppose to since Holy it’s not centered it just goes up like a regular incense. I will be returning, not worth it… I can just go buy a incense holder

We got this after seeing an ad for it nine and it does not disappoint. The scent it throws off is not overpowering and really cool to watch it in action.

I love the concept. The incense itself has a very strong burning paper smell and not even a hint of a fragrance. You have to use the cones that come with it to get the waterfall effect as they have a hole on the bottom.

Love this incense burner. Bought the Blue one and it’s a work of art. Everything was included in the box and works as described. Very relaxing and the scent lingers for quite a long while.

The smoke is going out underneath but instead of going down it goes under and then straight up. I’ll try another color tomorrow and if it still doesn’t work I’ll return it and update review

The incense that come with this burner r horriable. They all smell the same. Colors of are deceiving in making you think your getting different fragrances.

I have one of these and my daughter loved it so I bought this one for her as a Christmas gift. She was very happy and loves it. I love to watch the way the smoke flows like a waterfall, it is amazing and it's very relaxing. She will enjoy this for many years.

It works great but The scent smells like a burnt fireplace one burned. They smell great in the package. It is very gift of all except change the incense.

It is very cute, well made, and come with a lot of incense but the smoke doesn't really flow down it. It goes down two levels but then just fades away. It has never made it all the way to the bottom or even gotten close.

The burner itself is great! Very cute, heavy, and durable. It looks really nice in my living room. The incense is garbage. I mean, for the price I really didn't expect great things and the burner alone is worth it. Just make sure you get better incense to enjoy!

Product arrived in a box that looked like it had already been opened. It look like someone tried to piece it back together again. I did end up counting the incense cones and ended up getting three more then it stated it came with. I decided to burn one to see if it worked. I follow the instructions and waited for the smoke to go down. It really only went down halfway and then dispersed outward. The information says that it needs to be nowhere near wind. So I shut every single window in my house

The incense doesnt smell and is bad quality. When it gets to the bottom a weird paint smell comes and they dont smoke very much and burn away quick ! The burner is cute but idk if the paint is able to stand the heat . Its cute and will try better incense in it and see if thats the issue

I love the burner it fits in with my decor. However the incense it came in stunk horribly and I cannot get the smell out of my house. I tried washing the burner and now my hand smells like it from touching a small bit of residue left. I don’t know if it was the incense or the burner but the smoke did not flow like expected and flowed freely around. I had no windows or fans on and no one was near enough to disrupt the flow.

The burner itself is beautiful and seems to be well made. But the cones are not pleasant at all. They all seem to smell the same and have a horrible after smell.

The device itself works great. The cones smell like burning paper. They were a cool freebie but really low quality incense cones. I will not be burning them again but I will be keeping the device and buying better quality incense cones.

Incense smell awful. My purchase had flaws and chipped paint. I may have received a returned product. It did not really work meaning only went to second level. I will be returning.

I tried two different waterfalls. Both didn't waterfall. Then I returned it and now I have to wait 30 days for a refund. Buyer beware when buying from these guys.

Air flow hole is off center, affecting the hole way the smoke pours, or doesn't pour down the inner leaves. That's my feedback.

I got the navy one. For whatever reason, 1/4 of it is black painted which is poorly done and chipping off. I purchased ite as a gift, but I would be embarrassed to give somebody one of these particular burners from this brand or seller. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere and maybe spending a little bit more money for a better product (there are a lot to choose from on here ;)
