I had gotten Covid and loss my sense of smell and taste per order of the doctor I had to retrain my brain to smell again and so after I do my sinus rinse I go to a quiet area and open the container and try to smell and say the name of the scent and I have to do this for 2 months and when I am able to smell the scent I can move.on to more scent available I would recommend Cliganic to anyone and I like that there was a book on how to use the scents for other ideas such as face scrub use for massage oil etc. Now I know I'm not wasting the product
