Review on Gofanco Extender Balun Ethernet Cable by Christine Brown

I really needed this to stream 4K content to my TV, but it turned out to be more of a chore than anything else. The first thing I noticed was that CEC is not supported over HDMI. My AppleTV 4K was connected to the transceiver, but when I did, the AppleTV lost the ability to turn the volume up or down or turn off the TV. crap there. More importantly, I found that simply plugging this device into my TV while my Sonos Arc was on completely broke the Sonos ARC HDMI connection, rendering it completely inoperable. So while the picture was great, the sound only came through the TV's built-in speakers. not the Arch by Sonos. All in all I am very disappointed with the product. I had high hopes but was completely disappointed.
