Arrived in a box that was obviously already opened. used product. All screws were missing and only washers and tape were present. Cannot be picked up. Delivery was delayed (although this is a separate issue with Revain Prime). Return of the goods in unusable condition / impossibility of assembly the next day. Repeat order to replace the same item. I will update the rating. maybe just a defective item. If they send me another used product I will assume it is a stock item and they will try to pass it off as new. Must try another video. Update: Second replacement order received. This time all parts are present (including screws). Simply well assembled. looks new There is some grease on the reels, which is interesting, but I suspect it wore off during the manufacturing process. I'm not sure if I have the right size, but the cycle life is sufficient on the first try. Was more concerned about sliding forward off the dachshund than falling sideways, but that could be a size issue. Feels good overall. A little louder than I expected. Will be updated with results. Update 2: The resizing works flawlessly. My large trekking bike is at the upper limit of button 1 but works great. Higher resistance than I expected. Much louder than I expected. I wonder if aluminum would be quieter but the roller works great. Seems strong enough. Knows how to train well. Although there is nothing to compare. I'm not sure if the parabolic reel shape is the best, but it suits me. So upgrade to 5 stars.
