
I like that it's easy to use, has tons of features, integrates well with other programs. It isn't as robust in terms of customizations and integrations as some competitors out there (eg. Square), but we are able to get by just fine without having those extra bells and whistles. The customer service can be hit or miss; one rep was very helpful while another seemed uninterested at best. Some have taken up to 6 weeks to answer questions! Our team uses this software daily so ease of use and stability were our main concerns when selecting this platform over others. Not much to dislike about it overall though - would definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable tool for your business transactions. Keeping track of inventory levels, pricing structures, etc., all within one place makes life easier for us.
