The customer service was very helpful and we had no problems. They were always available when I needed help or questions. It would be nice if they could have more options for payment methods other than only paying by credit card. Make sure you research them before using. I like that it's easy to use, has tons of features, integrates well with other programs. It isn't as robust in terms of customizations and integrations as some competitors out there (eg. Square), but we are able to get by just fine without having those extra bells and whistles.
