The software has made managing my small business easy! I can see all aspects from orders received/paid as well as customer information such as photos. It's also easier than logging into email accounts when something needs attention by a client or another person in our department. There are still some things that could be improved but nothing major at this time. If you know how your phone works this helps keep track of service requests easily so there aren't any last minute surprises later down the road.
