We have used this product with our children's summer camp and love how easy it was to use! It has been a great tool to keep families up-to-date on their child's medical needs and health status during their stay at camp. I would like to see more features added that would allow us to share information with families who are not attending camp but still want to be kept up-to-date on their child's progress. This program has allowed our staff to easily gather medical data from families in order to communicate updates regarding any changes to the child's condition or medication. The ease of use. The layout is very intuitive. The interface is very clear and easy to understand. They are constantly adding new features and improvements. A very helpful staff. They are always willing to answer questions and are very helpful. I really like the interface. I haven't found anything that I dislike about the program. We are able to track our campers' health, as well as the health of their camp counselor. This has been very helpful.
