Larger than stated
The quality of this collar is excellent for the price I paid for it. The reason I'm giving it two stars is because 1) the collar is much larger than the 10.5-14 inch and 2) there is no way to fix the extra length. My dog's neck is 13 inches and the collar is on the last tier. A little tight, but the skin should stretch. The next larger notch puts my dog at risk of poking his head out of the collar and still having a significant tail of excess material.
