Not suitable as a meal replacement
I bought this just before my trip hoping I could take my green powder meal replacement with me but these containers are too small. If you watch my video, you are lucky enough to get a scoop of meal replacement powder if the serving size is two scoops. Possibly if you just need it for a little pre-workout powder or creatine, but I wouldn't recommend it for collagen powder, veggies, or a meal replacement. They wrongly distorted what he can handle.
