These things always hit or miss. I had two Epson bulbs from Epson and they both lasted no more than 1200 hours each. These third-party lamps are 15-20% cheaper than the official $300 lamp. Let's assume it works. Break even is around 200-250 hours. I've had this Mogobe for three years and I've got 1000 hours on the clock right now so I'm lucky. But after 300 hours of work I always expected to buy a new one if it dies. My room has blackout curtains so PQ and brightness are great and I didn't notice any difference.
