I read other reviews and used a bucket of warm water to increase elasticity. I didn't have zip ties so I used rebar wire and finished the edge with steel pry bars. Works well, no damage, very tight fit. Unfortunately I overloaded the bike. Too much weight leads to high rolling resistance. Hit a crack and then a manhole cover on the road, causing the rim to buckle. It was entirely my fault, not the manufacturer or anyone else. I can still use the second tire as a front tire because it seems to be a good product when used properly.
