Ordered two 26" round tires but received two tight corners that are very difficult to turn. To begin the installation, I stretched both tires over a piece of plywood and left them in a warm room overnight. I've had it for a few months now. Installation took 4 hands. I live in Arizona so it's very hot here. But I had no problems with stretches and traps. I almost gave them up based on some reviews but after reading some of them I realized I was more frustrated with the difficulty of installation and didn't make any real sense in the actual product . I will say that the installation is really more difficult than installing a standard tube/tire. In fact, the tire seemed too small for the rim. They sit very tight. I tried them on my e-bike which has a heavy battery in the trunk and I found the closed cell foam these tires are made of to be very soft which makes them like driving too low tire pressures and also creates flat spots that cause the tires to wobble excessively out of circle. hot water directly, soak for 5 minutes, then started the first one. I had to dip the last 16 inches or so back into the water for 90 seconds to get the last bit on but the second one soaked first and while the first one was in place it wasn't a problem so left them about 10 minutes soak and them I honestly had fewer problems with them than regular tires due to the slight split.
