Review on ๐Ÿฅฃ Snowyee Flour Sifter: Premium Stainless Steel Double Layer Sieve with Hand Press Design for Baking (1 Piece) by Kristy Esposo

Revainrating 5 out of 5

When the recipe says "seven, " they mean it!

This one has a good grip. There's some resistance when I press and doesn't spin like a fan. It does the right job of screening with far less hand fatigue. The most important thing is NOT to squeak! I have several family recipes that use sifted flour. I couldn't find one of these tools in real life so I figured it was just an old tool from my grandma's kitchen that they don't make anymore. Instead, I tried using a colander and spoon. It was useless. I tried to make a recipe without sifting. I don't know how to describe the results of this project. How is baked flour clay? They mean business when they say sift dry ingredients. Spraying from a spoon is not repetitive, I tried it that way too.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Not everything fits
