Review on Western Digital 10TB Internal Drive by Jeff Prabhu

I bought it to connect to the ASUS AC3200 router. I installed it following all the ASUS instructions. I hope I can use this hard drive to access all my files in one place. I quickly found that the computer I used to set up the hard drive was the only computer that could access files from that hard drive. My other two computers in my house can only see this drive but cannot access the files on it. This defeats the purpose of having a disk. Also, my router has a DISK HEALTH utility to check the health of the disk and it reports disk errors. So being a brand new hard drive with such defects robs me of the goal I originally had in purchasing this drive. For the first time in my career I have been disappointed with a Western Digital hard drive. Window of time when I can bring it back to Revain. Now all I can do is throw away the hard drive. Disappointed.
