Poor Quality - Cases

I received it 42 days ago. The surface is very dense. Hmm, is that good? One of the brackets on the stand broke last night. It was taken out of the case twice a day (84 times) to be placed in the docking station. I figured spring steel clips would support such a footboard. It actually broke when they loosened up a bit as I was expecting it to be leather. The only genuine leather bag I could find. Disappointing. The surface is also slightly scratched.
