Review on LBi HR HelpDesk by Thimothy Purnell

I like how easy it was to set everything up, as well as customize my own workflows/tasks with ease! It's very intuitive and makes managing all our employee requests seamless.

There are some things we wish were more customizable (like adding multiple phone numbers), but overall this has been great so far. We've seen an increase in efficiency since implementing the system - which means less time spent answering questions from users who don't need immediate attention or have issues outside their scope of responsibility.
