I received this lamp last week and have been playing with it all week. I don't usually write reviews, but this lamp really exceeded my expectations. It's so feature-rich that it's hard to believe it's under $100, let alone $69.99. I had industrial lamps that cost ten times as much as this lamp, but had nothing to do with the features of the Pixel Liber. One of the main differences to the Liber is the display built into the light. All necessary information is displayed here (brightness, mode, battery life, etc.). Everything is easy to change with a dial/button. To change modes, simply press and hold the dial/button for 2 seconds. RGB mode, HSI (light temperature), themes (lighting, flickering candlelight). It's just crazy what this light can do for the price. The light quality is very bright and flicker free (as any good production light should be). The app (I use it on IOS Apple iPhone) works great too. The device is always in broadcast mode, so it took 10 seconds to pair via bluetooth. Just click on "Add device" and the activated device will be connected immediately. I renamed my light and then started playing with the app. Bring the ability to play light where you want and then controlling it from your phone is absolutely useful. You can see the effect of light without being close to the light source. The app also has a camera mode to take a photo of something with your phone's camera and then use the color of the image to change the color of the light. Wonderful. Battery life at full power is around 90 minutes, which is 30 minutes longer than any other flashlight I have. USB charging is easy and efficient. The light is small, so I'll probably buy a few more, to create more light. Since the price is so cheap, I'll probably buy 4 lights total so I can create whatever effects I want, in the foreground and background. I can control all the lights with an app on my phone.
