They definitely work exactly as described in the info box. I have better gas mileage and my car seems to have more torque and smoother acceleration. But for people who don't understand cars or don't understand mechanics, don't just assume, as they say the spark plug should work, that you're getting 50 hp. and 45 lb-ft of torque at connectors alone, you'll only get a few of these, possibly depending on your engine, and another note, if you have a brand new car (2012 and up) don't expect this, it'll really help a lot , as new cars are matched to specific OEM plugs/plugs.
